DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform repair and replacements of helicopter components such as engine, rotor blades, drive shaft, landing gear, fuel cells.
• Conducts test of components using feeler gage, micrometers, tensiometer, caliper, deep gage, and other related equipments.
• Using technical order and other related maintenance manuals to diagnose and solve maintenance problems to achieve proper operating efficiency of components.
• Perform periodic maintenance inspection and phase maintenance intermediate inspection.
• Inspect and check serviceability / operates of ground equipments, maintenance stand, jacks, towing units, hydraulic mule, and other support equipments.
• Perform flight controls rigging, such as elevator, cyclic, collective, hydraulic dumpers, & tail rotor rigging.
• Perform static balance of tail rotor hub assy.
• Disassembled tail rotor hub for grip bearing & trunnion replacement & also repacking of tail rotor hanger bearings.
• Assist in maintaining accountability of tools, test equipment, supplies and other property of work section.
