Highly Motivated Mechanic

I am qualified in electrical, advanced composites, NDI, aircraft welding, paint and final finish, General Radiotelephone Operator License A&P
I am interested in travel, all types of challenges throughout the world in any environment. I always enjoy learning something new.

My work history is as follows,
U.S. Navy Nov. 26, 1995 to Sept. 08, 2005
First duty station VFA-203 Qualifications and responsibilities included:
Hydraulic contamination, Plane Captain, GSE Maintenance, Corrosion Control, Paint and Final Finish, Advanced Composites (Carbon Graphite, Kevlar), Performed Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, responsible for (14) F-18 aircraft readiness and safety of flight.

HC-85: Qualifications and responsibilities for H-3 Sea King included Plane Captain, NDI inspection, Phase maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Hydraulic contamination monitoring, Aircraft welding,Work center 120 night shift supervisor Quality Assurance, Monthly training, Maintenance Control, safety of flight and balancing work load to meet squadron objectives, DTPL assuring all technical publications were up to date with the most current information, and over all aircraft readiness.

HSL-60: Qualifications and responsibilities included for H-60(Black Hawk) Egress, performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to maintain fleet readiness of (8) H-60 helicopters, overall safety for day and night operations

Dec 2005 to Apr 2006 Boeing CH-46 Helicopters: Part of a specialized modification team on contract assigned to MCAS Miramar to update and repair CH-46 Chinooks for all squadrons attached to MCAS Miramar.

May 2006 to Aug 2006 Sparta Aviation: Lead for the construction contract of the Dragon Eye UAV required by the marines. Responsible for composite construction.

Oct 2006 to Apr 2008 Sorbi Aviation Inc: Responsibilities included scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for 14 training aircraft ranging from single engine to multi-engine complex commercial aircraft , disposal of Haz Mat IAW local and state requirements, trouble shooting and repair away from home base of operations, scheduling of aircraft cleaning, being able to correct, repair and return aircraft to flight status without supervision.
