My name is Zhao and I have been an A and P mechanic with mats aviation hangar for three years and royal star aviation inc for one year. I would like to work with a larger airlines to go further develop my skills and to make larger my knowledge about aircraft and whats in aviation industry. Here's how you get that A&P job you really want.

1. You are an aircraft mechanic, not a pilot. So never refer to yourself, post on your Friendster or Facebook and other websites that you are a Pilot-Mechanic, because there is no such thing as a Pilot-Mechanic

2. Stop wearing that ridiculous Pilot unifom. Especially that four bars on your shoulder, don't even wear those, you didn't even earn them and mechanics don't even wear them.

3. And one more thing, never use that ID photo on your resume, becasue you will be applying for a mechanic job but you are wearing a pilots uniform. The employer will be confused on what you are applying for. And if you have already submitted resumes and applications to aviation companies with that photo, you better be ashamed of yourself because that is simply a disgrace and an embarrasment to yourself.

If you continue on doing this, no company will ever hire you.
