DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Inspect cockpit and cabin doors, cargo and baggage doors.
-Inspect windows for condition and security. -Check window door seals for deterioration, cracks, and voids.
-Inspect operational and conditional of rudder bar and pedals.
-Inspect control wheels, column, pulley and cables.
-Inspect landing, navigational, strobe cabin and instrument lights.
-Inspect instrument lines and attachments.
-Inspect flap lever control cable attachment bolts and flap control.
-Inspect altimeter and transponder for installation/certification per latest.
-Inspect rubber mounts bushing for deterioration.
-Inspect firewall seals.
-Inspect all lines, ducts, electrical leads and engine attachment for security.
-Check fluid in brake reservoir fill.
-Inspect fuel lines, valve and gauges for damage and operation
-Familiar with workshop work, local fabrication of parts, contoured, beaded and bended.
-Remove and treat corrosion, dents and scratches.
-Perform repair, Lamination, Bonding and Glassing of composite parts of the aircraft such as Fiberglass, Honeycomb, Graphite, Carbon Fiber and other composite parts of the aircraft in accordance with Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
-Perform Airframe and component work such as removal and installation of panel
control surfaces components and cabin equipment.
-Perform overhaul and repair on aircraft wing structures and flight controls on AYRES THRUSH COMMANDER Aircraft and GRUMMAN AGCAT.
-Perform repairs on aircraft sheetmetal parts major and minor repairs.
-Removal and installation of different types of fasteners.
-Perform bending and forming of sheetmetal in various shape and contour.
-Perform all kinds of repair in accordance with technical and structural repair Manual (SBM), Service Bulletin (SB), Engineering order and blue print.
