Apprenticeship always comes first after your first aircraft mechanics job hence your from air india you should be applying for them. About working for different organizations. contracts always have an agency for sure there's an aircraft workers agency near you.

I had read your profile. I got info that you have more exp. Than me. As a brother please guide me
myself al ameen had done dgca licence ame course and working in airindia as trainee
engg. For 1 year. Please guide me atleast to get a position as apprentice,from there i can get a chance to get into any organisation. Please reply
