• 4 years of Aeronautical engineering experience and presently working as AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN on SARAS AIRCRAFT( HEAVY AIRCRAFT Fitted with PRATT & WHITTNEY TURBO PROP ENGINE) in NATIONAL AEROSPACE LABORATORIES, BANGALORE in Mechanical stream.

ON NAVIAN, PUSHPAK, BEECH BONANZA
 Familiarization with all the mechanical systems
 Dismantling of landing gear under the guidance of the instructor
 Familiarization with all the basic flight instruments installed
 Minor repairs on the wings of the Bonanza

ON PISTON ENGINE (CONTINENTAL E-185-3)
 Familiarization with all the parts of the horizontally opposed six cylinders Engine
 Top overhaul of the engine under the guidance of the instructor
 Assembly of the same
 Propeller tracking
Ground run up of the Engine (Continental AL C 90-8F) by hand cranking and checking the essential engine parameters


ON TURBOJET ENGINE (ORPHEUS 7071)
 Complete dismantling of the engine
 Segregation of each section

ON SARAS AIRCRAFT (VT-XSD, VT-XRM)
Assisted in Pre-flight and Post flight inspections including maintenance of SARAS
PT-1 and PT-2 Aircraft fitted with P&W PT6A-66 and P&W PT6A-67A engines
respectively.
Assisted in 25 hrs, 50hrs, and 100hrs inspection schedule.
Assisted in structural assembling and repairs
Assisted in Engine removal and re-installation.
Assisted in Integration, testing and functional check of hydraulic system of SARAS
PT-2 aircraft fitted with P&W PT6A-67A turboprop engines.
Assisted in controls rigging and maintenance of PT6A-67A turbo prop engines.
